The 2DH-CL portable concrete mixer and concrete batch plant mixes just over 2.5 cubic yards (67.5 cu ft) of concrete in 15 minutes. This mobile concrete mixer can be towed into very remote job sites where a concrete mixer truck cannot go and mix on site. Total length is 20 feet with tongue removed.
Our rotating drum design provides a superior finished product compared to volumetric mixer designs.
The unique swiveling concrete mixer drum conveniently pours on either side of the machine to pour into a cement pump, bucket, or other unloading device. The optional discharge chute allows for even more control, such as pouring into molds, and can be installed at a moment’s notice.
The 2DH-CL will free you from the time, distance and schedule limitations of third-party concrete plants. With the 2DH-CL you will be able to load and mix your own specific concrete recipe how, when, and where you want it.
The drum is measured with sand and gravel volumetrically with your loader bucket. The water meter measures exact water readings for yardage control. Cement is loaded into the drum with the optional silo chute and a silo, such as the 7SL cement silo, or directly onto the belt with the standard bag breaker and the help of an optional pallet jack.

Hopper Scale Option
The 2DH-CLW upgrade model includes weight scales on the hopper for more accurate measurement of sand, gravel and cement. Materials are weighed individually as you load the hopper to your specified mix design.
Tank Option
The optional 250 gallon water tank stores water and automatically replaces water as it is used.
Pump Option
The pump teamed with the optional tank gives you the freedom of a no worry water source. The pump can be purchased separately and water may be sourced from a stream, pond, or large water tank.
Silo Chute Option
Allows cement to be loaded directly into the drum.
Swivel
The mixer drum swivels 90 degrees to the right or left, like the 2DH-S portable swivel concrete mixer, for precise and easy discharge.

Drum
The drum's innovative fin design will mix and discharge equally well in either direction. The drum can withstand years of abuse due to its rugged cap and cylinder construction and strategically placed drive bearing supports. The drum is easy to wash out. The bearings are also easy to replace due to quick mount technology.
Rotation System
The rotation system is a chain and sprocket system, driven with a hydraulic motor. The rotation speed is variable. The drive system is adjustable, durable, and reliable.

- Gasoline
The Honda gasoline motor has an electric start, and has proven durable and reliable.
- Diesel
The Kubota diesel motors gets better fuel economy than the gasoline motor. A good choice for mines, yards and quarries where diesel fuel is more readily accessible.
- Electric
The electric motor is the most reliable and efficient motor system. It requires a minimum of 220 3 phase power. We will build the electrical panel to your power requirements.
- Combination
The combination electric and gasoline or diesel motor system is the most versatile choice. This option enables you to optimize the most efficient power source available.
Axles
10,000 lbs capacity, double tube axles are removeable.
Paint
All models are painted white. Other paint schemes are additional.
Shipment
A 20 ft shipping container is available for overseas shipment.
This machine CAN NOT BE TRANSPORTED WHILE LOADED WITH WET OR DRY MATERIALS. It must be stationary for operation.
